Our Beliefs

We are Malaysian Christians who profess Jesus Christ as the Lord and Saviour of our lives. Through His life, death and resurrection, we have an unwavering hope here and for eternity (John 3:16).

We believe that as Christ-followers, the Holy Spirit dwells within us, acting as advocate and guide to all truth (John 14:16-17). We desire to always live, walk and keep in step with the Spirit (Galatians 5:16-26) in all we do.

Our beliefs are rooted in the truth that without God, we cannot experience life as it was ordained to be — to know Jesus, grow in His likeness and share His love with others. As Christ-followers, we embrace the call to make the most of our time here on earth (Acts 17:26) and to live out our faith every day (Matt :13-16).

We believe that work is worship (Eph 2:10). Our team works at Faithour and in the marketplace, believing there is no divide between the sacred and the secular. We are plugged into our home churches, recognising the divine authority God has given the Church. 

Jesus is at the core of our life, work and worship. Our relationship with Jesus is reflected in how we live our lives. His love has and continues to transform each of us in a deeply personal way (1 John 4:19). Christianity begins with an invitation but ends with a relationship, one that enables us to live at peace with God, ourselves and one another. 

We hope you will be inspired and moved to action by the stories and data available on Faithour, that your heart’s prayer will be “Lord, Your kingdom come,” realising that each of us has a part to play in God’s purposes (Romans 12:4-5). We pray that you will experience God’s love for you and the abundant life He promises every one of us (John 10:10).
